CREATION OF SBMD
"When I came to Tampa, Florida, I didn't have a serious interest in Photography.
Although I studied and admired the work of Ansel Adams and Gordon Parks, I still didn't have any real passion.
I was focused on directing The Daughters Of Hustle movie series.
But when I was trying to get the DOP's on the same level as me, it felt like they were scared to revolutionize films.
So one day, I was like, "Fuck them! I'm going to learn how to use those cameras...my MF'n self.
So I met up with my business partner, and she introduced me to her Canon T3.
And she became my first muse.
And from there, my passion for Photography excelled to a level, I never thought was possible.
I decided to revolutionize the Art of Photography.
And give the world, what it has never seen before. " - MD
